Chattanooga Choo Choo, B-25 of 491st B.S. The nose art of 'Chattanooga Choo Choo', another 491st Bomb Squadron aircraft. By our count, she had 50 missions and two Japanese aircraft to her credit when this picture was taken. The number 440 (her squadron number??) shows on the car being pulled by the locomotive. Note the lack of the 'side-pack' .50 cal machine guns. Was she 'retired from combat when this picture was taken???

22nd Bomb Squd's Sheriden Express Assisting the 22nd Bomb Squadron in dedicating their aircraft 'Sheriden Express' are (l-r) Mary Landon, Ann Sheridan and Ruth Dennis. John A. Johns (22nd B.S.) painted the nose art just before Miss Sheridan arrived at Yangkai Air Base, China, as part of the Ben Blue USO tour.
